Large spring on the garage door broke yesterday, and the door free-fell about four feet. Called Aaron Overhead Doors, and within minutes, the owner, Larry Conte, called back and said he would dispatch a technician. The technician, John, arrived 15 minutes later, and 20 minutes after that, he had replaced the spring and cable, lubed the moving parts, and adjusted the travel of the door. Kudos to a responsive owner and highly skilled employee. If you have a garage door problem, call them!
